2007 Member/Guest Tournament

Stono Ferry and the MGA hosted the 2007 Member Guest on September 7^th-9^th.  Record numbers attended throughout the weekend of activities. Friday night festivities kicked off at 6:00 with a Big Break competition held on the newly opened driving range, followed by drinks and hors d’oeuvres during the traditional Calcutta. The tournament got underway on Saturday morning with a 140 player shotgun start at 9:00 am. There was not much time to rest after the first round due to the 7:30 dinner with live entertainment. The 2^nd and final round was held on Sunday.  After play, lunch and an award ceremony followed. Congratulations to our new Member Guest Champions Joe and Steve Shirley.  The Shirley brothers shot a two day score of 119.
